A. This question is like "How much is a car?" It depends on what kind you want and how you want it equipped.The best thing is for you to tell us what you want to accomplish with what target audience in what geography.

We'll tell you what we think it will cost. We know you don't like unpleasant surprises, so once we execute a project agreement we promise we'll be within 10% of the estimate unless you've changed the ground rules and we've notified you upfront.

Q. How long will it take?

A. How complex is the task and how quickly do you need it? When we're sure we understand the project we'll give you a timeline that meets your needs. We work quickly.

Q. Where are you located?

A. Virtually, we're everywhere. Physically, we're located in the Jacksonville, Florida SMSA. We have no traditional offices, but work wherever we are.

Q. Will you work at our location?

A. Yes. If you want us on-site, travel and per diem will be charged at a pre-agreed rate.

Q. What are your payment terms?

A. Unless we are working with you through guru.com or elance.com, we get 50% in advance and 50% on project completion, invoiced and paid through paypal.com
